Wayne’s Story
Once upon a time, there was this very nice young man who became addicted to alcohol and drugs. Because of this, he was an angry, violent man who had little faith or trust in the universe or anything good. As time went on, his life became unmanageable and quite dysfunctional. What he did not realize was the universe was placing before him, alternate paths leading to better choices.
One day, he woke up as usual not knowing his journey for a better life was about to start. On this day, he wandered into AA and upon leaving, climbed a very steep mountain. On the mountain top he discovered the Conversations with God books. He came down the mountain and was now facing a rapidly moving river that he knew he must cross, and so he did. He came ashore and stumbled into Reiki. The next morning he knew he must continue. Afraid as he was, he looked into the dark forest that lie in front of him and proceeded on. Upon reaching the other side, he came to The Power of Now. His journey was now getting much easier but he still had to continue. He was lead into a cave and once inside, experienced Reconnective Healing.
His journey of awareness and spiritual enlightenment still continues today, one day at a time, but now this slightly older man lives a much different life. His intention is to bring awareness and healing to others through his own experiences. He has found peace, joy and happiness and feels connected to All That Is.
