Gift Certificates Available For All Services

Availability: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday, by appointment, with occasional Sundays. Readings are currently being scheduled 10-12 weeks in advance, Reconnection/Reiki treatments are scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance.  As of this writing, weekends are  completely booked through early August.

Methods of Payment: Cash or check. If paying by cash, exact change is appreciated. Credit/debit cards (payable in advance) through www.paypal.com only. Small additional fee applies based on the amount of payment if paying through paypal.

Weekend appointments must be paid in advance, except for group functions.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Sessions: 

Cancellation within 48 hours by calling 860-875-9386 of appointment:  no fee charged. 

Cancellation made less than 48 hours, a $40 fee will be charged.  This fee will be paid  in advance of rescheduling your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy for Classes/Workshops: If a class or workshop is  canceled by the instructor, extreme efforts will be made to contact participants as far in advance as possible, based on the contact information taken upon registration.  All deposits will be returned.

No Show: Is a client who has entered into an agreement with me to arrive at the pre-arranged date, at which time I would offer the service they have requested of me, yet has chosen not to keep their part of the agreement: simply showing up. When we make an appointment, please make a note on your calendar. I immediately enter you on my business calendar once we have agreed on a date and time. Please respect me by doing the same. I do not have the time to make confirmation calls. If you don’t show up for your session, then I have no time in which to contact those on a waiting-for-sooner-appointment list. If you fall under the category of a No Show, please, do not contact me to reschedule you.
