Please leave detailed information on your email 1) what you are contacting us for 2) days and times that you prefer if scheduling a session 3) include a phone number. This will reduce the amount of reply emails neccessary.
Scheduling: Monday – Saturday 11 a.m. -7 p.m. with occasional Sundays. Evening and weekend appts. have the longest wait as they are the most requested.
Current Availability: Weekends are full through late March. Jan and Feb is fully booked. Appts open up early March.
Methods of Payment: Cash (exact change please) or credit/debit cards (payable in advance) through www.paypal.com only. Small additional fee applies based on the amount of payment if paying through paypal. Please contact me for paypal account information before attempting to send funds. Checks are no longer accepted with the exception of pre-paid requirements.
Weekend appointments are paid in full and in advance. Payment is non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days prior to appointment. Group functions require a deposit. Please note the additional fee for weekend appointments where applicable.
Cancellation Policy for Individual Sessions:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before appointment by calling 860-462-9786: no fee charged. I may not be able to check my email which is why its important to call and leave a message instead of sending an email. Cancellations are not accepted by email. A phone message must be left, thank you.
Inclement weather: There is never a fee charged if Mother Nature causes unsafe driving conditions whether it be that you are unable to get to my office or that I cannot get to my office. Rescheduling may or may not be within a short time frame.
Cancellation made less than 48 hours: a $40 fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the appointment you are resheduling. I will contact you to reschedule, once this payment is received.
Cancellation Policy for Classes/Workshops: If a class or workshop is canceled by the instructor, extreme efforts will be made to contact participants as far in advance as possible, based on the contact information taken upon registration. All deposits will be returned.
No Show: Is a client who has entered into an agreement with me to arrive at the pre-arranged date, at which time I would offer the service they have requested of me, yet has chosen not to keep their part of the agreement: simply showing up. When we make an appointment, please make a note on your calendar. I immediately enter you on my business calendar once we have agreed on a date and time. Please respect me by doing the same. This is not a hobby, its my living. I have bills to pay just like you. If you don’t show up for your session, then I have no time to contact anyone to fill your appointment. If you fall under the category of a No Show, please, do not contact me to reschedule you.
If you are a pre-paid appointment and you do not show up, your payment is forfieted.
