Scheduling: Monday - Saturday with an occasional Sunday. 11am - 7pm.
Readings: 8-10 weeks in advance with evening availability being the most requested therefore having the longest wait for an appointment. As of this writing, all sessions with Deb are filled through early September.
Reiki, Reconnective Healing: 3-4 weeks in advance depending on time requested.
Spiritual Counseling with Wayne: 1-2 weeks in advance.
Methods of Payment: Cash or check. If paying by cash, exact change is appreciated. Credit/debit cards (payable in advance) through www.paypal.com only. Small additional fee applies based on the amount of payment if paying through paypal. Please contact me for paypal account information before attempting to send funds.
Weekend appointments are paid in full and in advance . Payment is non-refundable if cancelled by phone less than 48 hours prior to appointment. Group functions require a deposit.
Cancellation Policy for Individual Sessions:
Cancellation more than 48 hours before appointment by calling 860-875-9386: no fee charged. I may not be able to check my email which is why its important to call and leave a message instead of sending an email. Cancellations are not accepted by email. A phone message must be left, thank you.
Cancellation made less than 48 hours: a $40 fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the appointment you are resheduling. I will contact you to reschedule, once this payment is received.
Cancellation Policy for Classes/Workshops: If a class or workshop is canceled by the instructor, extreme efforts will be made to contact participants as far in advance as possible, based on the contact information taken upon registration. All deposits will be returned.
No Show: Is a client who has entered into an agreement with me to arrive at the pre-arranged date, at which time I would offer the service they have requested of me, yet has chosen not to keep their part of the agreement: simply showing up. When we make an appointment, please make a note on your calendar. I immediately enter you on my business calendar once we have agreed on a date and time. Please respect me by doing the same. If you don’t show up for your session, then I have no time in which to contact those on a waiting-for-sooner-appointment list. If you fall under the category of a No Show, please, do not contact me to reschedule you.
